Through the fence

May 25 2020

This time when I went to visit the temple site, a new fence had been installed.  I was both sad and happy about this.  I was sad because that means that I can't get as close to the temple as I want to to take pictures, but happy, because we are allowed to drive our car close to the temple now, and it is a safer place for kids to visit.

I look forward to the day when the fence comes down, but for now, I will enjoy our new temple through the view of the fence.

The walls are starting to come up from the foundation, and we are starting to be able to see the shape of the temple.

Sprinklers and trees have been installed all around the temple site.

It's always fun for me to look at the building material and wonder where it will be used in the temple.

I love this huge crane, because I can see it from my house, and it makes it easier to see exactly where the temple is when you aren't standing close to it.

Street signs are in.  I love to see the names that have been chosen for the streets surrounding the temple.

Lots of landscaping has gone in on Founders Boulevard.  It is looking really nice.

I loved seeing all these bushes just waiting to be planted.
